This is a Quick and easy quiche
The ingredients are:
1 9-inch frozen pie crust
1/4 c.onion
1 c. fresh spinach
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1 egg
1 c. egg beaters
2 tablsp. flour
salt
pepper
1 c. 2% chedder cheese
1/4 c.1%milk
